We warmly invite you to gather for a ceremony on 27 September, celebrating the energies of the Virgo new moon - activating transformation with your breath, movement and meditation, supported by sacred sound and the plant spirit cacao. This is a passage to connect with Spirit and realise yourself as a being of Love.

This ceremony will be held in a new space by the wonderful Soma, located on Vyner Street in Bethnal Green.

Suitable for beginners through to advanced yoga practitioners - everyone is welcome. Feel free to write if you have any concerns about injuries or conditions so we can make sure you feel comfortable participating.
